What's the Cheapest Loan?

The people who make the biggest financial progress don't always have the lowest interest rate.

🧩 The people who make the biggest financial progress don't always have the lowest interest rate.

Over the years, I've noticed something interesting.

The homeowners who seem to get ahead financially aren't necessarily the ones chasing the cheapest home loan. They're the ones with a plan.

They know where they are today.

They know where they want to be in five, ten or twenty years.

And they make sure their mortgage is helping them get there.

Sometimes that means refinancing.

Sometimes it means consolidating debt.

And sometimes, the smartest move is staying exactly where they are because their current loan already supports their goals.

A mortgage isn't just about getting the lowest rate.

It's one of the biggest financial commitments you'll ever make.

So instead of asking, "What's the cheapest loan?"

Try asking, "What's the smartest strategy for where I want to be?"

That question alone can completely change the outcome.
